2. WHEN DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
2.1. When we obtain your personal data:
2.1.1. when entering into any contract with us, whether electronically or in paper form;
2.1.2. if you subscribe to a newsletter;
2.1.3. if you contact us.
3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS AND WHY?
3.1. When concluding a contract, we process your personal data:
3.1.1. first and last name, or company name;
3.1.2. address of the registered office, or another delivery and billing address;
3.1.3. Your ID number and, if you are a VAT payer, your VAT number;
3.1.4. telephone number;
3.1.5. e-mail.
We need this personal data in order to be able to enter into a contract with you and subsequently to properly provide you with our performance. Without this data, we would not be able to provide, process and invoice you the product or service. We need a phone number so that we can call you about the status of your order if necessary. You don't have to worry about the security of your data. Communication of your first and last name, as well as your social security number and possibly the company name and tax identification number, is necessary in order for us to have a general idea of who we are concluding the contract with. In addition, it will facilitate our communication with you and make your user experience of communicating with us more pleasant. We need your email in order to be able to contact you if you do not wish or cannot be contacted by phone, or if the nature of the message requires it. We therefore need your address for invoicing purposes and to know where we will possibly deliver the product.
3.2. If you contact us at the addresses listed above in paragraph 1.2. or via the contact form on the website, or via our social networks, we process, if you provided them to us or if your inquiry came from such an address, your:

In such cases, we also process the content of your inquiry so that we know what you asked us and what you were interested in, and we can answer you. We process the above data in order to be able to respond to you properly.
3.3. When subscribing to the newsletter, we process:
3.3.1. first and last name, or company name;

We process this data based on your consent. We use them to know to whom we are sending the newsletter and to be able to send it to you properly.
4. HOW CAN WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
4.1. There are typically four options in total:
4.1.1. the processing is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract we concluded together. Based on the contract, we are able to deliver the product you ordered;
4.1.2. you have consented to the processing;
4.1.3. we have a so-called legitimate interest in the processing;
4.1.4. processing is imposed on us by law.
4.2. We can also inform you about news in the provision of our services and other news and events if you sign up to receive this information yourself on the website. We forward this information to you based on your consent. You can, of course, ask us not to call or write to you again with every phone call or e-mail.
5. WHO HELPS US PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
5.1. Some of your personal data is processed by our processors (marketing agency and accountant, IT support).

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?
7.1. We keep the personal data specified in your contract (or your order) until your order is processed and for a further period of 5 years in order to be able to protect our rights during the limitation period.
7.2. If we have some personal data based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. We will then delete such personal data, or we will not use them for the purposes for which we had your consent.
7.3. Legal regulations oblige us to store some of your data for a longer period of time, which we of course comply with.
7.4. After the above-mentioned periods have expired, we will anonymize or delete your personal data. We keep them for this period in order to be able to respond correctly in the event of any dispute. We are responsible for the provision of services.
8. WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE IN RELATION TO PERSONAL DATA?
8.1. The right to request access to your personal data - you can ask us what personal data we record about you and what happened and will happen to it during the time that it is with us.
8.2. Right to rectification – if your personal data that we keep about you is no longer up-to-date or is incorrect, you can request that it be rectified.
8.3. The right to object - if you believe that we are processing personal data beyond the scope of our legitimate interests, you can object to such processing. We have to deal with your objection.
8.4. The right to erasure (the so-called right "to be forgotten") - at your request, we must delete all personal data that we record about you. However, it may happen that there will be another reason that authorizes or obliges us to store personal data (based on laws). In this case, we cannot perform the deletion.
8.5. The right to restrict processing – in some cases, we may retain personal data, but we may not deal with it in any way; these are the following situations:
8.5.1. if you dispute the accuracy of the personal data and we need to verify your communication;
8.5.2. if we process personal data without authorization, but you do not want us to delete them and instead of deletion you only request a restriction of processing;
8.5.3. if we no longer need the personal data, but you request to keep it for the exercise of your legal claims;
8.5.4. if you object to the processing, until we verify whether the personal data will continue to be processed in our important interest or will not be processed.

The right to portability of personal data - if you ask us to do so, we will provide you with your personal data, which we process on the basis of consent and at the same time process it automatically. We will provide you with such personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format. Alternatively, we may transfer this personal data to the administrator you designate, if he agrees to the transfer.
